Package A: Day-Of Coordination
Price: $750
Includes:
- Meeting with clients 4-6 weeks before the event
- Venue walkthrough and planning support
- Timeline creation
- Vendor coordination on the day of the event (I will be there in person)
- Oversee set-up and breakdown
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving onsite

Partial Planning
Price: $1,500
Includes everything in Day-Of Coordination plus:
- Vendor recommendations and booking support
- Design and theme consultation
- Up to 3 vendor meetings

Full-Service Planning
Price: 10-15% of total event budget or $3,000
Includes everything in Partial Planning plus:
- Complete concept development
- Full vendor management (catering, flowers, music, etc.)
- Guest list management and invitations
- Attendance at tastings, meetings, and walkthroughs
- On-site coordination from start to finish
